I founded Hollingsworth Law Firm after graduating from Monterey College of Law with a Master’s in Legal Studies and a Juris Doctorate. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Communications from California State University, Monterey Bay.

A lifelong resident of Monterey County, my goal is to provide our community with honest, effective and efficient legal services. I enjoy working closely with each client and tailor my services specifically to the individual. I believe this is the foundation of creating a positive, collaborative and long-lasting relationship.

Prior to opening my own practice, I worked for six years with my father, David Hollingsworth, a local attorney with more than 50 years of service to the residents of Monterey County. Together, we litigated and won many complex civil and family law cases in Superior Courts, Courts of Appeal and Federal Courts across California.

While in law school, I was honored to be president of the Student Bar Association, and was a Heisler Moot Court Finalist. I am a Certified Mediator, and have a special certification in Divorce Mediation. I’m also a member of the California State Bar and the Monterey County Bar Association.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me hiking Ft. Ord or Big Sur, reading and spending time with my family, especially my fiancé Nichole and our Scottish Terrier, and the firm’s official mascot, Frank.

I look forward to working with you.
